Required Qualifications

• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in California
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• CNMT
• CA Venipuncture
• Experience with Epic
• Experience with Cerner
• Interview availability
• Call is required; frequency will be discussed during interview

Schedule / Call

• Call hours may be Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or Monday-Friday 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM, depending on scheduled call days
• Includes weekends and holidays

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Proof of W4 on file
• 7-year criminal background check, including SSN trace, county searches, statewide searches, federal searches, national criminal, and national sex offender searches
• HHS/OIG check
• Primary source verification of state license within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• N95 fit test within 1 year of start
• Tdap vaccine
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella: 2 vaccines or titer; boosters required for negative or equivocal titers
• Hepatitis B vaccination series, titer, or signed declination
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccination or flu declination
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Two satisfactory references

Additional Notes

• OR and L&D scrubs are provided by the facility
• Interview notes are required for audits for MS/Tele, PCU, ICU, and ER units
