Location: Show Low, Arizona

Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse
Shift: 3x12 hour shifts
Patient Ratio: 1:3 or 1:4 nurse to patient ratio
Average Patient Volume: Approximately 100 patients per day
Unit Details:
- 30 ER rooms, all private
- 6 fast track beds with physician assistant support for minor non-urgent cases
- 1 seclusion room plus 5 additional monitored rooms
- Level IV Trauma Center designation
Support Staff: 5 techs during peak hours
Common Patient Types: Trauma, cardiac, neurological, and general emergency cases
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Allscripts - Sunrise
Medication System: Omnicell
Scrub Policy: Scrub color is flexible; scrubs are not provided
Shift Length: 12-hour day shifts

Valid RN license in Arizona
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications required:
- ACLS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC
