BMT Oncology RN

Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Saint Louis, Missouri
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Unit has 32 beds and an average daily census of 30
Ratio: 4:1 for all shifts
Floating is required within the Oncology department as needed, and the nurse may be floated to the unit with the greatest need each shift

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Oncology (1 year of experience)
Oncology experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ONS/ONCC
Administration of chemotherapy
Accessing and managing ports
Central line blood draw
Central line/implanted line care
PICC line care
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias

Just parking if you work dayshift have to take a shuttle to hospital and park far in a parking lot. Nightshift you can park in the garage.
