Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- 1 year of stepdown experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Driver's License
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Nursys verification for RNs
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification
- MMR immunity or booster series as specified
- Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Varicella immunity or booster series as specified
- Tdap within the last 10 years
- Physical/Health Statement completed within 1 year of initial start date
- Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination/medical accommodation during flu season
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with negative results within the last 6 months
