Travel contract for an experienced ICU nurse.

Unit Details
- ICU
- 24 beds
- Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2
- Floating: tele (1 to 4)
Required Qualifications
- Active BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- CA License
- 2 full years of ICU experience
- Must have experience with trauma
- Must have experience doing neuro assessments
- Must have experience with ICP monitoring
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel experience
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- Every other weekend
Additional Details
- Charge nurse does not take a patient assignment
- No nurse aides
- Holidays: 1 major and 1 minor for both winter and summer holidays
- Scrub color: Navy
- RN's must read and interpret strips
- Vents: Yes
- Intensivist in house 24/7
- RT 24/7: Yes
- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes
- Floor-specific orientation: 2 shifts on unit
