Location: Louisville, Kentucky Employment Type: Travel Setting: LTACH (long-term acute care hospital) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 13 weeks Positions Available: 1 Hours per Week: 32 Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Beds in Facility: 100 Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Kentucky
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
Float Scope
- May float to another facility approximately 1.5 miles from the main facility.
Work Environment
- EMR: Protouch
- Dress Code: Navy scrubs
- Parking: Included with building
