Clinical Research Nurse (CRN)

Location: Santa Monica, California Employment Type: Travel/Contract, temporary to permanent Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: Full-time, day shift, 5x8 hours (8:00 to 17:00), 40 hours per week Work Setting: Hybrid option available if preferred

Role Overview

Clinical Research Coordinator position supporting investigators in multiple clinical research trials. Responsibilities include coordinating enrollment, study visits, and follow-up care for trial patients, serving as liaison between the sponsor, regulatory agencies, patients, investigators, and staff, and participating in internal and external quality audits. The coordinator also acts as primary CRC for more complex protocols or patient populations and assists in training new research assistants and CRCs.

Requirements

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Research / Clinical Research experience (5 years)
Research / Clinical Research experience within the last year
Blood draw certification (must be an RN)
Experience with Epic

Candidate should live in Santa Monica, as the commute is substantial otherwise.
Candidate commute is preferred to be 30 minutes or less due to local traffic.
Candidate must be aware of the permanent hire pay structure before accepting the contract.
