Location: Chesterfield, Missouri Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 Openings: 1 Shift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN / LVN license in Missouri
• LPN / LVN with 2 years of experience
• LPN / LVN experience within the last year
• IV Certification
• BLS

Flu Vaccination Policy

• Contractors who do not comply with the influenza vaccination policy will not be permitted to work on facility premises.
• Staff who are not vaccinated due to an approved medical or religious exemption must wear a mask (or an N95 respirator if the job function requires a tight-fitting respirator). The mask must cover the nose and mouth during flu season, which runs from November 1 through March 31 (unless community data indicates a later season).
• Travelers seeking an exemption must submit a facility-specific exemption form and receive email approval.

Unit and Patient Information

• Floors: 1, 2, and G (Garden/Lower Level)
• Beds: 81 private rooms
• Patient Population: Adults age 18+
• Ratios: Approximately 1:6 or 1:7 on days and 1:8 on nights; each nurse has a dedicated tech
• Float Requirements: Float within the hospital's 5 units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, and Spinal Cord Injury

Facility Overview

The facility is an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in western St. Louis County that treats patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, multiple trauma, cancer, and complex orthopedic injuries. Features include:
