Contract Length: 13 weeks

Overview

Critical Care Float RNs are needed for per diem coverage. The role includes floating as needed, including to lower-acuity border areas.

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license
• 3 years of Neuro ICU experience; 2.5 years may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• 2 references from leadership within the last year

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• TNCC
• EPIC experience

Work Conditions

• ICU ratio: 1:2
• Border-area ratio: 1:4
• Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Additional Notes

• Applications are reviewed by the facility, with an expected 48-hour turnaround
• Orientation includes Epic training, clinical service orientation, and unit orientations within 2 weeks of CSO
• Scrubs may be any color
• Parking is available at daily cost
