Job Description
- Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to reduce aspiration risks.
- Create communication treatment plans to enhance patient understanding and expression.
- Lead and direct the delivery of speech language pathology services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas.
- Speech Language Pathologist (2 years of experience).
- Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year.
