Job Description

• Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to reduce aspiration risks.
• Create communication treatment plans to enhance patient understanding and expression.
• Lead and direct the delivery of speech language pathology services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a long-term care setting.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas.
• Speech Language Pathologist (2 years of experience).
• Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year.

Setting

• Long Term Care facility environment.
