Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist (Days)

Location: Petoskey, Michigan Employment Type: Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 12 hours per day

Required Qualifications

2 years of First Assist Technician experience, including experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NBSTSA or NCCT

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, or OB

202-bed regional hospital serving residents across northern Lower Michigan and the eastern Upper Peninsula
More than 230 physicians across nearly all medical and surgical specialties, with an emphasis on cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, and neurosciences
Surgical services cover a full spectrum of procedures and tests, including general elective and critical or life-saving procedures

Work Policies

Strict 3-strike attendance policy, effective 6/1/2024: absence from a scheduled shift or arriving more than 20 minutes late 3 times results in immediate termination. Communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence is reviewed in the contractor's favor.
References are not required.
Full-time employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
