Overview

Travel contract for an experienced PACU nurse in California
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS
ACLS
PALS
2 full years of PACU or recovery/ICU experience

Additional Details

First-time travelers are accepted
Floating is not required
Call is required on a rotational basis
Weekend coverage is on a rotational basis
Holidays are on a rotational basis
3 shifts of orientation are provided
Navy scrubs are used, or scrubs may be supplied
Charge nurse coverage is available
Nurse aides are available
RT and pharmacy are available 24/7
ICU intensivist coverage is available 24/7
The role includes recovery of Phase 1 and Phase 2 patients
The unit does not recover open-heart cases
