Overview

Travel/Contract role in Auburn, New York
2 positions open
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Post Partum (2 years of experience)
Post Partum experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Certifications

BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
NIHSS
Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication): telemetry assessment required for certain RN departments
Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing: telemetry assessment required for certain RN departments
State License 1 Verification
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
Competency Exam
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Conscious Sedation Competency Exam

Health Documents

Physical exam within 12 months of start, signed by a licensed provider
Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within the last 10 years or declination
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
Rubeola (Measles) immunity documentation

Rubella immunity documentation
Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
