Location: Port Charlotte, Florida Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36
Schedule
- Shifts are AM and PM. Parking is on the third or fourth floor of the parking garage.
- Traveler is scheduled per facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and holidays, in rotation with hospital employees.
Unit and Staffing
- Department: Case Management, with unit-based RN CM and SW (social work) roles
- Facility Bed Capacity: 253
- Day Shift Example: 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters
- Patient Ratio: 1 RN CM to 20-25 patients
- Most Recruited For: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS certification
- Case Management experience (1 year)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Experience in a hospital setting
