Echo Sonographer

Location: Dublin, Ohio

Employment type: Long-term assignment (LTA)

Contract length: 13 weeks

Shift: Day shift, 07:30 to 16:00, Monday through Friday. No weekends, call, or holidays. Subject to change.

Required Qualifications

• Echo Technologist with 1 year of experience, completed within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association, required for all direct patient care personnel

Pre-Start Requirements

• Submission profile: Resume, skills checklist within the past year, and 2 professional references
• Health and immunizations:

  • COVID-19 vaccine proof (September 2025 booster), or a declination or exemption on agency letterhead, valid through October 2026
  • Influenza vaccine proof, or a declination or exemption on agency letterhead, for the 10/1/2025 to 4/30/2026 season
  • Declinations for COVID-19 and influenza are not accepted in California or Illinois
  • Hepatitis B: 3 doses, or a declination
  • TB test: 2-step PPD (within 30 days of start) or IGRA (within 90 days of start)
  • MMR: proof of 2 vaccinations with dates, or a primary source IgG titer
  • Varicella: proof of 1 vaccination with date, or a primary source IgG titer
  • Tdap within the past 10 years; declination accepted only where the site allows and the assignment has no pediatric interaction
  • Fit test for 3M 1860, 1860s, 1870+, 1804, or 1804s respirators
  • Physical/health statement from an exam within the past year
  • Color vision test
• Drug screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start, resulted before start with MRO signature. THC is not included in the panel.
• Background and exclusion checks (dated within 30 days of start):

  • Federal, nationwide, and county criminal checks covering the last 7 years, plus SSN verification
  • Sex offender registry check (Michigan also requires a statewide check)
  • EPLS and OIG exclusion checks, with all aliases searched
• Education verification: Highest level of education, verified by a third-party screening company
• License/certification verification: Dated within 30 days of start, if applicable
• Forms:

  • Code of conduct (page 27 signed)
  • Confidentiality of patient and proprietary information agreement (page 5 signed)
  • Conflict of interest disclosure (page 1 signed)
  • Form I-9
  • Integrity and audit services form, signed within days before start
  • System access form, uploaded one week before start
