Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry

Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, every other holiday

Job Description

Provide nursing care on Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units.
Participate in a resource pool supporting various patient care needs.

Required Qualifications

Licensure and Education

Valid RN license in Iowa.
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience.
Experience must be within the last year.

Certifications

BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS.
NIHSS.

Additional Information

Specialty skills checklist provided by agency.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Work schedule includes every other holiday coverage.
