Travel/Contract assignment in Santa Rosa, California
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid Polysomnographer license in California
Polysomnographer (1 year of experience)
Polysomnographer experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

Government-issued photo ID
Social Security Card, as applicable for I-9
E-Verify attestation
Background check within 90 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
Education verification
