Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Saratoga Springs, New York
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Local radius rule: candidates must be outside a 50-mile radius

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (3 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with neuro monitoring
• Ability to read rhythms and pass hospital proctored test requiring >80% accuracy in rhythm identification and 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
• Experience with Epic
• Able to float within skill set at manager’s discretion

• Flu vaccine or approved exemption
• Ratio: 1:2–3
• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM
• HHS/OIG
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask / N95 OSHA questionnaire
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Rubeola (measles) immunity documentation
• Mumps immunity documentation
• Rubella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Drug screen
• Eye exam / Ishihara color deficiency test
• 2 professional references within 2 years of start
