Pros

Super Traveler friendly. Great work environment and coworkers. Beautiful waters. Close to many Asian destinations.

Cons

No flexibility with the schedule in the ICU. The manager makes it nearly impossible to have a decent schedule, even for the staff. Cost of everything is super high. Frequent electricity outages for days during typhoon season.
