Job info

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 8 to 13 weeks Setting: Outpatient surgery center

Schedule

Monday through Friday, day shift (5x8 hours, 6:30 to 14:30), 40 hours per week
Start and end times fluctuate, with the earliest start at 0600
No call and no holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
At least 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
Familiarity with total joint surgery procedures
Experience with Epic
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or RQI
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or RQI
