Overview

• Travel assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri
• Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 1 opening
• Auto-offer position

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS
• NIHSS
• 1 year of Med Surg experience
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
• Neurosurgery experience
• Experience in Charge roles
• Driver's License
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required for travelers from November 1 to April 1

Schedule and Assignment Details

• Call: none
• Weekend expectation: every other full weekend
• Holidays: must be available to work at least one major winter holiday
• Orientation: night shift orients on day shift, and the traveler must be available the entire week for orientation
• Floating: as needed within scope

Unit Information

• Neurosurgical unit
• Typical patient population includes stroke, seizures, MS, back/head/spinal conditions, and other neurological diagnoses or neurosurgery procedures
• Patient ratio: 1:5–6
