Overview

• Per diem ER RN role in Fountain Valley, California
• General Emergency Department with Combined Adult/Pedi
• Level II Trauma, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility
• Day shift: 7:00 to 19:30
• 1x12 hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a staff ER RN or 2 years as a travel ER RN
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• NIH
• Active RN License
• 2 professional references, including at least 1 supervisor, within the last 12 months
• Epic experience

Additional Notes

• Orientation will not be provided
• Clinician must be prepared to work independently and integrate quickly
• Pre-start modules: 8 hours
• Scrubs: Navy Blue
• Candidates with 2 or more attendance/performance issues or clinician pipeline cancellations may need additional references or a written statement before proceeding
• There must be a minimum of 6 months between the last issue and the submission date
• Previous staff/travel must be approved before returning to the facility
• Separation period: 18 months
• Pre-booking is available via the Shifts App
• Clinicians may submit availability for proactive marketing to facilities
• Cancellation rule: may be removed from the pool if they cancel 2 shifts within 24 hours of shift start time in a 30-day period
