Location: Show Low, Arizona (White Mountains; about a couple of hours from Flagstaff and Phoenix) Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 1800-0600, 12-hour shifts Schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours per week, 36-hour guarantee

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
• ED experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• TNCC
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Unit Details

• Level IV Trauma Center
• 30 ER rooms, all private, including a 6-room EDOU observation unit
• 6 fast track beds, with a PA handling minor, non-urgent issues
• 1 seclusion room plus 5 monitored rooms
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4
• Average of 100 patients seen per day
• Support staff of 5 techs during peak hours
• Patient types include all, including trauma, cardiac, and neuro

• Scrubs are not provided
• Scrub color: anything except all black
