<h2>Job Description</h2>
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care. The clinician will manage a diverse patient population, leveraging clinical skills to deliver effective rehabilitative services within a dynamic outpatient setting. The clinician is expected to float between clinics as needed.

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Deliver outpatient therapy services for orthopedic conditions.</li>
 <li>Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.</li>
 <li>Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.</li>
 <li>Double-book follow-up visits as required.</li>
 <li>Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.</li>
 <li>Float to other locations as directed, specifically BAW-Logan-826 and BAW-Logan South-860A.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Required Experience</h2>
Outpatient experience is preferred, and candidates should possess strong clinical skills relevant to orthopedic therapy.

<h2>Certifications/Licensure</h2>
A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.
