Travel assignment in Green Bay, Wisconsin
Home health setting
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift options: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, with flexibility up to 12 hours
Guaranteed hours: 36–48 per week
Weekend/holiday rotation: every other weekend, with the option for every weekend; up to every other holiday

Covers a 9-county radius in northeast Wisconsin
Average travel is 75–100 miles per day
Typically 4–6 visits per day, with travel time included in the shift
Home-to-home patient care
May care for patients across the lifespan, from newborns to seniors
May involve hands-on skills such as IV site care, wound care, wound vacs, and ostomy care
May require lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds

No mileage reimbursement
Orientation is 8 hours and is not billable
Laptop, corporate phone, and clinical bag with vital equipment/PPE are provided
Solid-color scrubs or business casual attire is acceptable
Remote patient monitoring is used, including video visits and remote listening to heart and lung sounds
