Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Fishersville, Virginia
• 26-week assignment
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–7:15
• 36 hours per week
• Adult PCU/Tele unit with a 1:5 ratio
• Care is for acutely ill adult patients with cardiac, neuro, renal, infectious disease, pulmonary, and other medical problems
• First-timers accepted
• Locals not accepted; permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
• Weekend schedule: every other Saturday, off every Sunday

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Virginia
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
