X-Ray Tech

Location: Dallas, Texas Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 6 weeks Start/End Dates: 12/14/2026 to 01/22/2027

Schedule

5x8 day shift, Monday to Friday, 0700 to 1530 (40 hours/week)
Daily caseload: 4-5 cases per tech
No weekends
Time off: No RTO preferred

On Call

115.5 hours, Monday to Monday
Shared rotation among 4 other techs
Typically chest X-rays to verify PICC line placements, at most 4 times a month

Floating

Clinician will not float within scope to meet facility needs
No floating to sister facilities

Local Candidates

Local candidates are accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in Texas, in hand (pending licenses are not accepted)
Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
One completed travel assignment
ARRT (R)
GMRT
BLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support, preferably from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
