Assignment Details

• Inpatient Rehab is required.
• Open 8-hour day shift, 07:00 - 15:30.
• Start time could be as early as 06:30.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
• Employment type: LTA.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience in an Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, or Skilled Nursing setting.
• Driver's License.
• CHS Profile.
• CHS 2 Professional References, with at least 1 supervisory reference.
• CHS Skills Checklist.
• Occupational Therapist license/certification verification as required for the position.
