Location: Grand Junction, Colorado Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Shift: 3 x 12-hour nights, 1900-0730
Weekends: Required to work weekends based on needs
On-call: May be placed on call during a regularly scheduled shift, based on staffing levels
Float: May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications, based on business need

Performs independent and delegated nursing functions per state Board of Nursing standards
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care
Collects and assesses health data, performs health teaching and counseling, and provides therapy and treatment
Refers patients for further evaluation or treatment, and reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans
Documents per hospital and regulatory guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned
