MRI Technician

Overview

• Travel assignment in Neenah, Wisconsin
• 13-week contract
• Start date: ASAP
• Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
• Primary location: ThedaCare Neenah
• Shift: 8-hour PM or 8-hour MID shift
• Shift times: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Weekend rotation: Every 5th weekend
• Holiday rotation: Required
• Call: 1–2 call nights per week
• Call response time: 60 minutes
• Float scope: All ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius, as needed

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (MR)
• AHA BLS
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• 5+ years of experience
• Previous travel strongly required
• No travelers coming from a facility or home location within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI

Preferred

• Epic experience
• Previous travel strongly preferred

Unit Details

• GE Artist 1.5T
• Primary case/procedure types: Neuro, peds, anesthesia, ED, inpatient, outpatient
• Patient ratio: 1:2
• Typically 2 techs work during the shift; the second team member leaves at 6:00 PM
• Other modalities on site can assist with moving patients as needed
• Scrubs may be any color except all black

Additional Notes

• Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• 8-hour unbillable orientation
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of orientation
• Guaranteed hours are maintained except during holidays when the unit is closed
