Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
AWHONN Advanced
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Required to review and sign the unit-specific job description before start
Required to review the Epidural Pain Policy before start
Required to complete a medication/calculation exam
Required to complete a unit-specific competency exam
Required to complete an infection control/bloodborne pathogens exam
Required to complete a physical within 1 year of start
Required to complete N95 fit testing within 1 year of start
Required health documentation includes TB screening, MMR immunity or vaccination, varicella immunity or vaccination, hepatitis B series or declination, Tdap, and flu vaccination or declination
Required to complete a confidentiality agreement within 72 hours of signing
Required to complete a Pyxis agreement before orientation
Required to complete a traveler acknowledgment packet before start
