Neilson Place in Bemidji, Minnesota, provides three long-term care neighborhoods and one subacute rehabilitation neighborhood to residents of Beltrami County and the surrounding area.

Each neighborhood provides resident-centered care and pays special attention to the nurturing of the human spirit and meeting the medical and physical needs of each resident.
