- The Woodlands, Texas
Assignment Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- Days
- 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Weekday, weekend, and possible holiday call responsibilities
- Call response time: 30 minutes
Unit / Setting
- 2 ORs
- 2–6 cases per day
- No floating to other departments
- Responsibilities include circulating all service lines
Required Qualifications
- RN
- BLS (AHA)
Preferred
- Scrubbing is not required for RNs, but it is a plus
Case Mix
- CABG
- Robotic CABG and lung
- Valves
- Fem POP
- TAVRs
- EVARs
- Vascular cases
- CV and all other service lines
Additional Details
- Charge nurses are on day and evening shifts
- PCA support is available for cleaning rooms and running for blood, etc.
- Epic EMR; moving to Epic Gold EMR
- Hospital scrubs provided
