Medical Technologist - Lab

Location: Victoria, Texas Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 Start: ASAP

Schedule

• Nights: 9p-7am weekdays and 7p-7a weekends
• 7 on, 7 off
• No call
• Floating required; may float to another facility in the system
• No block scheduling
• No 48-hour assignments
• Holidays rotated

Required Qualifications

• ASCP or equivalent certification
• Medical Technologist experience (2+ years)
• Medical Technologist experience within the last year
• Extensive blood bank experience
• Advanced experience on the chemistry bench
• Advanced experience on the hematology bench
• 5 years of experience preferred

Other Requirements

• Scrubs: any color except teal
• Familiarity with an EMR system (starting October)
