• 40 hours per week
• Orientation is biweekly on Tuesdays
• Local candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS
• HWC
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of psychiatric experience
• Psychiatric experience within the last year
• Experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting

Education

• BSN, ADN, or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program

Unit Details

• Behavioral health inpatient unit
• 104 beds across five units
• Patient population includes geriatrics, pediatrics ages 5–17, and adults
• Typical ratio: 1:8, with lower ratios in geriatrics and pediatrics

Clinical Focus

• Schizophrenia
• Depression
• Bipolar disorder
• Substance use disorder
• Anxiety

Additional Notes

• Blue scrubs required
