Critical Care Float (Registered Nurse)

Location: Worcester, MA Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 to 19:00), 36 hours per week

Role Overview

Critical care float position that floats between all adult ICUs and step-down units.
Travelers are not assigned to post-cardiac surgery, balloon pump, Impella, transplant, or EVD patients.
Schedule includes every third holiday rotation and every other weekend. Call-outs must be made up at the end of the assignment.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
3 years of Critical Care Float experience, including ICU experience
Critical Care Float experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
