Overview

Travel assignment in Wausau, Wisconsin
13-week contract
Start date: 10/26/2026
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Shift: 8 hours, flexible, typically 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Primary location: Aspirus Wausau Hospital
Float scope: may float to other locations in the central region if needed
Call requirements: 1–2 weeknight call shifts as needed, with a 30-minute response time
Weekend/holiday rotation: call only, every 4th weekend; holidays as needed
Scrubs: any color

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Wisconsin
Interventional Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate degree or certificate

Preferred Qualifications

Experience performing high quality radiologic exams
Experience performing interventional medical sonography exams
Experience with cone beam CT exams and three-dimensional reconstruction of imaging examinations
Experience with complex procedures including interventional radiology, vascular interventional, and neuro interventional cases
Epic experience

Additional Details

Travelers may be placed on call for low census hours
Call-back pay is available if called back to the facility
Call-back minimum is 2 hours
During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times
