Nurse Navigator - Oncology Clinic
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Fountain Valley, California
- Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Adults patient population
- Local candidates accepted
- Float required to other campuses
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- Nurse Navigator (1 year of experience)
- Nurse Navigator experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- NIHSS
- ONS/ONCC
- Experience with Epic
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Criminal background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
- N95 mask fit testing within 1 year of start, renewed annually
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year of start
- Hepatitis B series or declination
- Flu vaccination or declination by 12/5
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
- Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity documentation
- Drug screen within 1 year of start
- Hepatitis C titer preferred; declination accepted if necessary
Notes
- Must complete the unit-specific job description before start
- Must complete confidentiality agreement within 72 hours of signing
- Float scope is to other campuses
