• Possible schedules: 40 hrs Mon-Fri, 40 hrs Tues-Sat, or 40 hrs Sun-Thurs
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey

Preferred

• Experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation
• Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings

Role Details

• Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care within accepted practice methods and applicable standards
• Evaluates resident needs and establishes treatment plans
• Coordinates supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines as indicated
• Participates in resident screening
• Provides clinical and rehabilitation feedback to the designated supervisor
• Participates in center-directed processes and services
• Completes clinical documentation and billing records
• Participates in in-service training
• May travel to other facilities on a limited basis
