This contract position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) offers an exciting opportunity for RNs with a passion for patient care. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your skills will be essential in providing high-quality care to patients transitioning from intensive care.
This role requires:

 <li>2 years of Med Surg experience
 </li><li>Experience in Step Down/PCU
 </li><li>Comfort with floating to Med Surg and Tele units
 </li><li>SC nursing license (must be obtained prior to starting)
 </li><li>BCLS certification
 </li><li>IV start skills

Key responsibilities include:

 <li>Providing nursing care to patients in the Step Down unit
 </li><li>Floating to Med Surg and Tele units as needed
 </li><li>Maintaining patient ratios of 1:4-5 in Step Down and 1:5-6 in Med Surg

This position is for night shifts, working 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Please note that you cannot live within 50 miles of the facility, and first-time travelers are accepted.
