- Unit: 7NE BMT.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Schedule: 3x12s, Day/Night Rotating/Variable.
- Weekends: every other.
- Call: N/A.
- Open to accommodating block schedule: No, unless schedule posted says otherwise.
- Float scope: may float between like units.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Unit Details
- 30-bed unit specializing in the care of patients undergoing blood and marrow transplantation.
- Provides adult inpatient care for the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
- Manager may place the traveler on 7NE or 8SA medical oncology, which is the same population without BMT.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- Bone Marrow Transplant experience within the last year.
- 2 years of Bone Marrow Transplant experience.
- Oncology experience.
- Experience with Epic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior patient ratio experience of 1:3 or 1:4.
