Location: Placentia, California Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Start: ASAP

Valid RN license in California
1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, with experience within the last year
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with Epic

Signed HIPAA acknowledgment.
Unit-specific job description signed before start.
ICU traveler tip sheet: review and sign the last page. Required for travel and per diem.
Pyxis agreement due 5 business days before orientation.
Epidural pain policy review, required before start.
Standard of care: skin care packet and attestation.
Traveler acknowledgment and orientation packet acknowledgment.
Confidentiality agreement, to be completed within 72 hours of signing.
Sexual violence and sexual harassment policy review.
Wage Benefit Parity (WBP) form, required for each new travel assignment under a UC Health WBP profile.
