36hr Nights Registered Nurse - 6 East Med Surg

Overview

Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (36 hours), 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
At least 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, completed within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or CHSF
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Submission Requirements

Resume covering the past 7 years of work experience, with city and state listed for all work experience and education.
Two references from within the past 4 years, including at least one supervisor or above with relevant skills.
Skills checklist, completed within 1 year of submission.
Candidate submission coversheet, current version from the document library. Required for initial assignments and new facility submissions, not for extensions.

Optional Documents

Professional resume and evaluation (IRP).
Name change documentation, if credentials do not match the candidate's current legal name.
TB symptom survey, required only if the candidate has a positive PPD. Also requires a chest x-ray showing no active tuberculosis after a positive result.
