Overview
- Location: Columbus, Ohio
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Job Responsibilities
- Float as needed to PICU, CV PICU, stepdown, med-surg, BPD NICU, other specialties, and other campuses
- May occasionally float to ED
- Must be comfortable with frequent trach care and heavy parent involvement
Interview Process
- Two-step interview process
- Initial screening interview occurs within 24–48 hours of submission
- Second interview is determined by the NICU unit manager after review of RTO and screening feedback
Compliance Notes
- RTO must be added at time of submission
- Legal name must match license and certifications
- Temporary ID or temporary driver’s license is not acceptable
- Background check, fingerprinting, education verification, and other standard pre-start compliance items are required
