Assignment Details

Travel RN position in Denver, Colorado
36 hours per week
7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week contract

Unit Overview

Pediatric cardiac ICU with 10 beds
1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
Weekend schedule: 4 shifts per 4-week schedule

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
CVICU (2 years of experience)
CVICU experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Experience

Peritoneal dialysis experience
CRRT skills
ECMO bedside experience

Clinical Focus

Post-operative cardiac care, including inotropic and vasopressor infusions, IV fluids, chest tube management, and post-sternotomy/open chest care
Moderate sedation
