Physical Therapist

Overview

• Travel assignment in Damariscotta, Maine
• Outpatient care at Miles Campus
• Summer coverage position

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• 36 hours per week

Caseload and workflow

• Approximately 10 patients per day
• 45-minute evaluations and treatment sessions
• 30 minutes of scheduled documentation time built into the day

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Maine
• Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services
• Complete documentation and billing on the day services are delivered
• Complete discharge documentation within 24 hours of discharge or notification of discharge
• Collaborate with the outpatient rehabilitation team

• Vacation requests during the week of July 4th cannot be approved
