RN Step Down

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 Weekend/Holiday Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)

Assignment Details

Traveler is placed on a PCU or Med/Surg/Tele unit, based on where the greatest need is and on the traveler's skills.
Will accept a Med/Surg or Stepdown RN. Both skills use the same credentialing.
Traveler will need to float onsite within their skill set, or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Stepdown (2 years of experience)
Stepdown experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Med Surg / Telemetry experience

Optional Items

Unit-specific checklist, uploaded by the unit leader within a week of onboarding
Name change documentation, if applicable
Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire, if applicable
