Overview

• Per diem Telemetry RN role in Fountain Valley, California.
• Unit settings include MS/Tele, Telemetry, and Cardiac Telemetry.
• Shift: Days, 0700 to 1930.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a staff Tele RN or 2 years as a travel Tele RN.
• Active RN license.
• BLS (AHA).
• ACLS (AHA).
• Must be willing and comfortable to float to lower acuity based on facility need: MS, MS/Tele, ED Holding.
• 2 professional references, including at least 1 supervisor, within the last 12 months.
• Epic experience.
• NIH Stroke Certification is required for Cardiac Tele and MS/Tele.
• EKG competency exam is required for Telemetry.
• Medication Calculation Test is required for all RNs.
• Orientation is not provided.

Preferred

• CPI.
• EKG Cert.

Additional Details

• Scrubs: Navy Blue.
• Patient ratio: 1:4 Cardiac Monitoring, 1:5 Medical Surgical level of care.
• Pre-start modules: 8 hours.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
