Role Overview

• Reports to the clinic manager and is part of the patient care team caring for patients undergoing cardiac echo studies on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
• Daily caseload: 4-5 studies per session.
• Pediatric facility.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 0.5 years of pediatric echocardiography experience, performed within the last year
• Experience working with pediatric cardiac patients
• Cardiac sonographer experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARDMS RDCS PE
• RDCS-Peds, RCS, or RCCS

Orientation

• Online access begins Monday at 8:00 AM.
• Prestart modules (about 7 hours) are due by Wednesday at 8:00 AM.
• Some orientation is virtual; the traveler will receive instructions to report to campus for unit orientation.
• Signed forms are required before start, including the job description, non-disclosure agreement, standards of conduct, and a new associate information sheet.
