Ultrasound Tech - Vascular

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Emporia, Kansas
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

• General, OB, and vascular ultrasound
• Echo if possible
• 4 10s plus call

Preferred

• ARDMS or ARRT preferred

Required qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• Vascular Sonographer experience
• BLS
• State license verification
• PALS
• ACLS
• Background check within 1 year of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM, updated annually
• HHS/OIG, updated annually
• Emergency Contact Form prior to start
• Government-issued photo ID
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
• TB Questionnaire, renewed annually
• Rubeola documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
• Mumps documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
• Rubella documentation for candidates born in 1957 or later
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Drug screen within 6 months prior to start
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start
• Skills checklist, updated annually
• Competency exam
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam for all RNs and Medication Aides
